@connorhcafc 8:30am breakfast, AM field session, lunch, PM field session followed by gym work…that was the daily schedule under Walters… 5 days per week… Match day would also consist of a AM training session… Athletes under fatigue are more susceptible to injury

I don’t know how true this is but I’ve heard from a few people that Millar & Belloumi’s injuries were caused by Tim Walter making the players train for 19 days in a row. #hcafc
