Recapping day 1 of the MIAA Divisional Tournament. Sacca with 8th in discus, Murray 4th in 400m H, and Pent domination taking 4 of 8 medals with Brooks (3), Sekandi (4), Desmond (5) and Conte (7). Team in 2nd with Saturday events to go.

Long jump trio of Ryan Brooks, Shane Sheehan, and Leon Sekandi win with a school record performance of 18.69m (61’ 4”)—a sophomore and two frosh!

Shuttle hurdle squads finished 2nd and 8th with Mattson, Gray, Conte, and Sekandi on A and Muwanguzi, Castro, Sheehan and Mutyabi on B—not a senior among the 8 of them.
