@Ticketek_AU At least let us know whats going on - it seems that you've closed checkout as i've heard other shows can't be purchased...probably so people could get in and list but you should have thought of that before.. and just update us!

@leopoldfitzsim @Ticketek_AU Exactly. Two different ways to get in. They ask a simple question- are you buying or selling. If selling it lets you in to sell and buyers go into the waiting queue. They really didn't think of that?

not people acting like the opening of ticketek marketplace, a resale platform, is going to work the same way as the normal sales... people haven't even had time to list their tickets yet and lots probably won't for a while

@frontiertouring @Ticketek_AU @taylorswift13 I would implore you into looking into a different system (even a lottery draw so people know they can log in for tix days before they open) or a queue (like if this was a shop) also allowing melb purchases before sydney so people who miss sydney don't jump on melb shows

@Ticketek_AU I worked as quick as I could to type everything in, I can only assume site timed out as i clicked pay but the site was so laggy that it took that long to log in too. This experience to get tickets is horrible. I hope my card doesn't get charged
