@moonjeanic i actually hate cardio. i ate around 1000-1200 while hitting 8k-10k steps every day just naturally at work. i did at home full body pilates as my workout. i would only eat at like 7pm. also tyyyy🩷🩷

@mentallyis87184 thank youuu, i pretty much strictly OMAD. I used to do reformer pilates but i’ve been out of the country so i do at home mat pilates for abs :) i will eat throughout the day sometimes but its mainly very small portions of junk haha. i love move with nicole fully body pilates.
