@lesiccaa_ It was the overhead pulley and i went to adjust the weight but realized i needed to stand first. so i tried to use my other leg strength but i wasnt strong enough considering how low i was sat so my already bruised bones started grinding together 🫩🫩🫩

i underestimated how much leg power i need for overhead gym workouts and injured my leg even more
