“Simon Le Bon, @yasminlebon,
@rosalind.eleazar and @rosemaryferguson_ all agree. It's the wilderness, it's the people... and if these clips don't make you want to pack your suitcase and go, I don't know what will!” —

@MercuriusFilius What markup (profit) is required? The cost of each item is easy, the price depends on the markup.

@getmegxitdone @Philip__Hills @GermanEmbassy @SueHincks @UKinGermany Yes the Saxons were from northern Germany The Angles/Anglr however, were from the southern mainland of Denmark.
English

@Andreas64355458 @NancyRPearcey @ksorbs The Norwegian Vikings colonised Iceland and the Faroe Islands whereupon they were also known as Norse.
English

@Andreas64355458 @NancyRPearcey @ksorbs Vikingr (single) Vikingar/Vikinger (plural) was Old Norse & effectively a job title meaning seafarer/trader/raider/pirate (depending on context & viewpoint). They came from the coastal inlets/fjords. Norse was the name for Norwegians - later used more broadly for Scandinavians.

@opinologasocial @aFoolNotorious @jamesgraysport Wrong ! Raducanu has beaten Sakkari, Navarro and Pegula when they were all top ten players.
English

@aFoolNotorious @jamesgraysport It's like saying Ana Kalinskaya is the best or good just because of her ranking, without having won anything significant! It has to be a joke. Raducanu has never beaten a top ten player, or even a good player below that, how is that possible?
English

@jamesgraysport Roig was hired in 2025 (not 2026) with a contract running through until completion of the Aus Open. Emma Raducanu is still the top performing 🇬🇧 UK player on the WTA tour.

David Banner talks about the situation that occurred with Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo at the BAFTA awards
"White people do for white people, and I don't know why we're surprised about it. I wouldn't go back again if I was there, because if they really respected Black people, they would make sure that we were protected. If it really meant something to them, they would have made sure that nobody else heard that. They had the power to edit that. And i'm tired of Black people always having to take it. I don't know if I would have took it the same way, and maybe that's why I'm not in the same position."

@PoAndNoLongCare @jomanka100 @Ace109610 On Monday, the day after the BAFTA event, John Davidson reached out to apologise privately Jordan, Lindo & Hannah.

English

@jomanka100 @Ace109610 I learned more than enough. You guys need to take some diverstiy training to understand Y the N word is so offensive and a apology was warranted. A disability is not an excuse to not apologize for harm when u have the mental capicity to understand the harm your words caused.
English

@WaldronLewis He has Tourette for over 30yrs, that's enough time to understand the tics,if that's impossible, he could have done the right thing by apologizing,
Since he refused to apologize, insisting he is a victim, it's evidence he collaborated with BBC to scream kneega for movie marketing

see -- Every founder, artist, activist, author, coach or ANYONE who wants to change the world should take note:
Stop apologising for who you are.
Be the change you want to see.
English

@CatLady6001 @DraperMP @Doctor_Az_ This unfortunately is no longer about his uncontrollable tics. This is about him as a man and an Activist. Does his condition prevent him from having any decency to acknowledge the people who were the subject of these humiliating outbursts, and direct them an apology.
English

The hypocrisy of the film world. They celebrate a film portraying a man living with Tourette’s, but when his real life Tourette’s inconveniences their glitzy evening he’s made to feel so terrible that he feels like he has to leave early mol.im/a/15585839
