Offshore hiring is a bubble. Everyone & their mother is starting an offshore staffing company & inevitably many of these businesses are going to go bust. Not because hiring offshore talent is a mistake. To be clear, I'm all-in on hiring offshore. But because lots of founders are building these things as short-term money grabs vs. focusing on the fundamentals... High quality talent. Operational excellence. Strong brand. With all the noise and new players, curation of the best offshore companies will be most valuable to businesses & hiring managers. So here's my list of the top 5 offshore companies by vertical... 1) Executive Assistant/Finance/Accounting @oceanstalent - been working with Yunus, my Oceans EA, for 3 months and couldn't speak more highly about his work. Handles everything from emails to scheduling to sales outreach to managing our CRM/sales ops. 2) Marketing @GrowthPair - Every marketing team will be a combo of onshore marketing leaders & offshore junior marketers in the future. GrowthPair helps you find top-notch growth marketers, search marketers, social marketers, and marketing assistants. I'm an advisor & big fan of @jon4growth . 3) Video Editing Clipt - love how the founders @HenryBelcaster / @DylanJardon dogfed their own video editing product to get to 2,000,000 subscribers on youtube. 4) Customer Experience Flow HQ - amazing customer support & customer success managed service by my friend @mrajchan, who is a multi-time founder in the offshore services space. 5) Engineering/Design @toptal - they're the 900lb gorilla in this space, so they may have minimum client sizes, but i've heard lots of good things from friends who used them to source development & design talent.
