@letote why can’t I cancel my membership? It only allows you to place on hold? I used to have nuuly and they make it super simple to do either, why can’t I do both from the app? I had to subscribe to even look at what’s available, I’d like to cancel, help.

This was my first return experience with @letote and I gotta say - it was pretty awesome. Clear instructions, packaging that doesn't require a scientist to understand, and even a little printed out guide that reminds you of what's in your tote...and what's on sale :) I'm a fan.
