Everyone agrees institutions need privacy before they can participate in crypto but for a while, no one has had a path that worked in practice. Many attempts to add privacy on top of transparent chains either broke performance or the entire user experience. It left builders stuck and institutions waiting on the sidelines. What's encouraging now is that we're finally seeing real signs of the ecosystem moving toward privacy that can actually support day-to-day activity. Provable focuses on filling the missing pieces needed to complete this puzzle.

To clear up where our head is at with respect to new users vs existing users: Since coinbase quest shutdown, we have been trying to find new growth channels because CB was our main growth channel and our UX was built around this at the time. We tried multiple over the past month and change and we think we have a win-win-win here via P2P referrals. Why? Most our earliest users are looking to max earn and we have a lot of $ALEO rewards for people who refer new subscribers and so the people who have been most avid players of Arcade and earning now have a new route to earn that doesn't effect other Arcade players However the audience P2P referrals is bringing to Puzzle Arcade is much different than the Coinbase Quest crypto-native farming audience So now our main challenge now is just figuring out what features and user flow changes we need to rapidly prioritize to go with this P2P referral channel and for that Discord is way more useful to get feedback from the members that are boots on the ground referring people All the rapid changes we are working on right now is mainly just our first time & recurring UX (& messaging) to be better suited to non-crypto natives! @lets_puzzle I'll go ahead and stay as long as the cost doesn't increase. I wasn't planning on cashing out my stuff for a gift card anyways. Was waiting to see if I could eventually use them for more Aleo to stake. I just hope us early users don't get the shaft for new users.

@lets_puzzle BE careful supporting this project. First the added a 0 to the ticket wheel, even to paid members,. They also doubled the cost of reward cards. Had I know this I would have gotten my 10$ reward but instead I thought I'd save up a few months. They lost a paid member
