The nonprofit grift loophole needs to be eradicated or severely modified to a cap of 15% total in administrative/fundraising costs. Also, they must pay a % of donations to pay for an agency to conduct DODGE like audits and specialized law enforcement personnel and prosecutors.

They only got paid when they worked in their elected positions....being in the government was not there full time job and how they supported themselves or their family. Then the fraudsters came in...figured out how to make money on their position...how to provided contracts to friends and family with kickbacks, had it so good...they got rich...no interest in ending the grift. So they keep passing laws that benefit them.

The only place to put these data centers is deep in outer space orbit. Let them do their thing without the need of any cooling and run on solar power and whatever energy they can harvest from 250 degrees Fahrenheit. I would be ok with Antarctica...since no private citizen has do deal with it.
