This is my burn out story 👀 2 months ago I was working on this thumbnail generator called PeekPak. I already spent 6months and $1000+ figuring out how to train a diffusion model to make thumbnails, and finally did it. Thumbnails were good, really good for less than $0.5 each 👇

What I’m focusing on now: - Talking directly to a specific user problem - Making content that filters people, not attracts everyone - Strong, obvious CTA (not hidden somewhere) - Measuring signups > impressions Going viral feels good. Not effective every time

Cal AI has been acquired by MyFitnessPal 🚨 Henry and I started Cal AI as 17-year old high school students with one mission: make calorie tracking easier with AI. In just 18 months, we’ve helped millions of people lose millions of pounds. And we broke $50m in ARR along the way.
