We’re extremely eager to start organizing events for the newest edition to the @battlefield franchise. Obviously there are some hurdles that need to be fixed (team switch/admin kick & move functions) before this happens but the wheels are starting to turn on our end.

@EndersFPS Based. BF1 did more harm than good to the franchise but people don’t see that. It’s certainly a good game, but it marked the exact moment when Battlefield lost its original identity and concept. This from a perspective of a “veteran” player, but I think it’s valid overall.

BF1 also totally killed off the longstanding Battlefield community filled with competitive players that were truly informed about the game and replaced them with the most casual players of all time. The effects of this are still being felt and the franchise will never recover.

@GHOSTV3RDANSK @EndersFPS You would have loved Battlefield 3 and 4. BF3 was revolutionary and BF4 really fine tuned the vehicles and weapons to make for an amazing competitive game.

@BlueBird_Freed @DVillemuer @atensnut A chief engineer from Mærsk explained that the second powerout was likely when the captain, as a last ditch attempt to avoid the collision, tried to use the bow thruster to change course, which unfortunately overloaded the emergency generator.

Is this accurate? Does anybody know?

Enders is passionate about the franchise which is why it’s been his primary streamed game despite the franchise being a disaster.

@DANNYonPC @GhostGamingG @EndersFPS He blocked me after I called him out for insulting people and telling them to kill themselves. Dude is the biggest piece of shit imaginable and a disgrace to any community he is involved with.

So according to Mr. Shroud, EA paid upwards of 100 content creators to advise on the creation of #battlefield2042 , and they weren’t listened to at all. That explains a lot. Please make the next game with the community instead of against it DICE ❤️

Battlefield 2042 had an incredible trailer and was the sole reason it sold so well but we all know how that dumpster fire turned out. The franchise has been on a downward spiral for 10 years. Long way to go be back again.

Question for the timeline: When would you consider Battlefield 2042 "complete"? Obviously DICE have announced another season for Battlefield 2042, but in terms of what was promised initially, season 4 is 'the end' of the initial vision. Can it be judged as a final product?
