'THAT’S PRACTICALLY RAPE' The Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) on Monday warned that adult men are responsible for most of the pregnancies among adolescent girls. The CWC said the law defines sexual relations with those under 16 years old as rape. “Under sa amendment doon sa rape law natin, kapag nakipagtalik ka sa below 16, since ayan ang age of consent, that’s practically rape po or qualified rape ng bata,” CWC executive director Angelo Tapales said. I don't post as much about cycling because I had been feeling exhausted from running into walls for so long. But I still think we can make so much change, so fast in the Philippines. As we face another global crisis, bikes will save us again
