Enoch Burke disciplinary appeal ends in chaos as he is removed from hearing
Enoch Burke’s long-awaited disciplinary appeal against his dismissal by Wilson’s Hospital School ended in chaos today after he and members of his family were removed from the hearing after clashing with panel members.
Mr Burke was this morning brought from Castlerea Prison, where he is being held for contempt of court, to a Department of Education building in Athlone for the hearing.

I'll be called all kinds for saying it but I do not see how it is possible that Senator Eileen Flynn has the intellectual faculties to have passed a degree course in Maynooth.
I am highly skeptical that she did so on her own. I am suspicious she wasn't allowed to fail in Maynooth just as she was parachuted into the Senate.
She has embarrassed the nation internationally now on more than one occasion going viral on social media with people mocking the state of Irish politics.
DEI does not work. Only meritocracy does.

I discussed the priorities of Ireland’s EU Presidency in the second half of this year with Minister for Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Defense of Ireland Helen McEntee. For Ukraine, it is very important that the principle of opening clusters for a country that fulfils its obligations finally starts to work. I provided a detailed briefing on the results of my visits to countries in the Middle East and the protection system that Ukraine proposed there. We are ready to work in the same format with European partners, both on a bilateral basis and within the SAFE instrument. In all dimensions, Europe must be protected, and Ukrainian expertise can make a significant contribution to security. I thank Ireland for all its support – military, humanitarian, and energy-related. I am personally grateful to Helen McEntee for taking part in the Bucha Summit, which took place yesterday, on the fourth anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from Russian occupiers.

This woman was getting ready to fly out when she was stopped by TSA, they detected metal around her head area. She’s laughing at this point because she knows she’s going to have to take her hat off.
She doesn’t want to take off the hat because she didn’t do her hair today. Instead she wore a hat with a wig attached to it so it would be more comfortable for her.
Do you feel that TSA took it too far by making her take her hair off, were they trying to embarrass her?
