ActionSA's Herman Mashaba has accused the DA's Helen Zille of being delusional by claiming it was the party that forced Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana's proposal to reverse the VAT increase. Mashaba says this was a collective decision of the parties that voted for the fiscal framework, and the decision announced was a result of that.
