There is some interview from a big actor saying they won't work with Netflix because they design their shows and movies assuming the audience will be on their phone half the time. So they don't have any subtlety, foreshadowing, build up. Its just tiktok like subplots and scenes. The plots are super simple so you don't miss anything while on your phone.

Similar to the Grayscale Trust (GBTC) trading at discount last bear market, DAT's trading below mNAV have great risk to amplify downside volatility this market. When mNAV < 1, DATs cannot easily raise capital accretively; issuance becomes dilutive, and pressure mounts to sell assets to service debt, buy back shares, etc. Not only this but while something like MSTR trades below mNAV, why would someone buy BTC when they could instead buy discounted BTC via MSTR? This same effect happened with GBTC prolonging the bear market. Capital that would have went into BTC instead went to bid the discount on the trust. Same way MSTR trading at premium on the way up was bullish, trading at a discount is now massively bearish.
