@nothingfor90773 @LaInaMinute I don’t quite know that that’s the issue - cause then why are the grove and CityWalk so successful? They cater more to non celebrities and average Joes. Ovation Hollywood has too many events that the public isn’t allowed to attend or even be nearby for.

The stratification isn't due to a wealth gap. The city leadership has made it unaffordable to run businesses there, made it dirty, and the businesses sometimes have to cater to the uber-wealthy if they want to be profitable. Even Dave and Busters is being affected by a rodent infestation. The city needs to make it easier to do business and you will see a lot of the middle-class catered things come back
