@LondonKirsty I did couch to 5K before becoming a regular runner and nothing has been as hard as that first 5K. Once you run regularly it does get easier. But for me the 20 minute mark was so hard. Find a friend to run with you and it can really help to get you over a jump.

Dear runners, at what point does running become easier? Or is it never easy? Feel like all my runs are pretty hard
