Genuine question (not trying to be cheap - I want to make sure I follow proper etiquette). My hair stylist just moved to their own salon suite - so they fully work for themselves now and have their own business. My services (highlight and style) are going up by $150. Do I still tip my stylist after the service? Does the 20% rule still apply?
