✨ What an incredible experience at the WPSA LIFT Program at Cleveland Clinic Ohio! ✨ Spending this time alongside such an inspiring group of female physicians was truly energizing and unforgettable. From the moment we gathered, the atmosphere was filled with support, excellence, authenticity, and empowerment; a powerful reminder of what happens when women in medicine come together with purpose. The sessions challenged us to think bigger, lead with confidence, and invest in our growth, not only as clinicians, but as leaders, mentors, and changemakers. Even more meaningful were the connections built through shared stories, honest conversations, and the collective commitment to lifting one another higher. We left Cleveland feeling refocused, motivated, energized and deeply grateful for the opportunity, for the mentorship, and for the community that continues to strengthen women’s leadership across Cleveland Clinic.
