This is stupid for many reasons, but chiefly because every time the cast or crew talks about the sex scenes in Heated Rivalry, they mention how painstakingly scripted they were. Like, every time they talk about them, it's about how much they were NOT improvised...

As an aside my favourite SPN lore is that Sam was supposed to be a knife expert (but Jared wasn’t) so we rarely (if ever iirc) see Sam doing this stuff because Jared is a terrible liability with knives. It’s why we never saw him with the curved blade after the pilot and promos
