@lfcwiII@Reeceinho If that's how you feel, then so be it. But if you really want to wash your hands of the situation, no regrets, then I'd recommend just tweeting I'm sorry and that you've had time to think about the situation etc.
Up to you though.
@AdxmLFC@Reeceinho At this point I don't think people want to even entertain any kind of apology from me, it would just come across as more desperate than genuine
@lfcwiII@Reeceinho It's because you didn't have time to reflect. You didn't really apologise from the heart. You apologised because people took it the wrong way. But now...now it can be different. Now you can apologise after reflection.
@AdxmLFC@Reeceinho The thing was I tried to apologize at the time of it happening and as you can imagine people were not having it which I can't blame them for, I think it actually ended up making things worse which is why left it for so long. I just think it wouldn't be recieved well
@lfcwiII@Reeceinho You need to genuinely just say sorry man. You've just ignored it for a long time, deactivated at random times, came back randomly and stuff like that. Apologise and then say nothing else on it. Nothing else you can do, really. Doesn't need to be a thesis, just genuinely apologise
@AdxmLFC@Reeceinho I have no shame in admitting what I did was wrong and I understand why people hate me for it. I also understand that it's not something people move on from but it's easy for me to say now that what I said was stupid/wrong when I just should have never said it in the first place
@lfcwiII@Reeceinho Islamaphobia and racism don't go hand in hand g.
Anyways. Your opening tweet gives me a non-apologetic vibe tbh. What you did was wrong. Take some accountability for it. Don't wallow in self-pity. You did wrong. I wanna see you back but own up for your mistakes.
Then move on.
