Hikaru Nakamura has a long history of online cheating accusations, including at Arjun Erigaisi. He even DM'd him "stop cheating." This comes from GM Srinath Narayanan, Arjun's former coach. History doesn't disappear just because of a fake narrative pushed by Nakamura & chessbae

@VBkramnik So why do u use chess com accuracy percentage as concrete proof someone is cheating? You’ve done it multiple times on stream

In my opinion, detecting deviations from norms using the methods employed by current anti-cheating systems doesn't work. They fail to account for important nuances, which leads to significant mathematical disparences , and moreover, they can be easily bypassed by cheaters with even a slightly above than average intelligence level. Sad but true

I believe, our benchmark system is effective (and arguably the only path available), because all other methods face unsolvable obstacles To my knowledge about existing methods, we have no proper anti cheating so far, in real There are fundamental flaws in nowadays anti cheating approaches which authors/implimentors do not want to admit or even hear about, for understandable reasons :) If some experts in statistics, mathematics (preferably unbiased and without conflict of interests) wish building it, please contact me. @qpzm620 @PHChess Wrong? The more participants the less weighting to the TAR due to Carlsens presence. In a 10 player comp, say an avg ELO of 2600 vs avg ELO of 2650. Magnus presence will literally only increase the TAR by 30 points. The more players the lower the effect of Magnus ELO obviously

@PHChess Actually, the math is simple. The tournaments Magnus participated in are strong because of Magnus.

The strongest Chess tournaments of 2025, listed by FIDE´s TAR ( Tournament average rating) standard. The idea that Magnus Carlsen only plays "B-events" simply is not true. He played the 9 strongest tournaments of 2025, include St. Louis Clutch 4 player event, he played all 10!
