@JoeBrolly1993 If you average 2 per property and 500k cost per property (high), could gov not just buy 6000 properties (10k on myhome.ie for sale). Rent them to the homeless @ what they can afford (if anything). Problem solved. Cost €3bn. And Gov. Remain owners of the property
