As someone who generally prefers to fly under the radar, this wasn't something I appreciated before. I always thought both networking and self-promotion felt insincere, but while in conversation recently with @liamgrayldn I realised that I adapted and found a way.

How I got my various jobs: 5️⃣Lean - approached by in-house talent 4️⃣Hopin - I applied online, cold 3️⃣AXA Venture Partners - network, hiring partner knew me 2️⃣Deutsche Bank - graduate program via internship prior 1️⃣Citadel - only role through a recruiter, a summer internship
