@MoreGamesPls There are games I disliked a lot and I won them several times. Then there are games I really enjoyed and lost badly. I know which set of games I prefer 😄

@AntscherlG I really like worker placements. Now if the game seems generic then it's usually a no from me. But if it has some twist on the formula I am super curious. For example I love the Grande workers in Viticulture. In Anachrony, it's awesome how you can specialize the workers

I get there are differences but if you have a roll n write/trick taker you love what’s the urge/rationale for getting lots more of the same, with the likely outcome (?) only a few will keep coming back to the table (inc the game that maybe got you into x in the 1st place!) 2/2

Hey board game world, I promise this isn’t an excuse to get more games but can someone give me a compelling argument for getting more of a similar type of game when a lot on the face of it at least seem very similar - some key examples being: roll n writes and trick takers 1/2

@4ChitsNGiggles @ilduderino Yup! Got about 15-20 games with the expansion! Adds a lot of fun stuff. The upgrade action cards are probably spiciest addition

Triggered the end of the game comfortably ahead, but not scoring my end game bonus while @ilduderino scored two gave him the win by one point! Love Ark Nova more every time I play it 👌

@4ChitsNGiggles So I gor Dune Imperium a few months ago. Played it a bunch and it's very enjoyable. Should I get this one too? I don't quite understand why it's advertised as an expansion to the original and also a standalone?

Dune Imperium Uprising is like a reskin of the original, in that it feels so familiar but so strange at the same time. Definitely enjoyed it as much as base DI, and love new elements, wondering exactly who it's for though? Very keen to play the team mode. Those worms tho...🍆😂

@Ed_Hudson I was lucky enough to do a tour of most of the parks in Florida probably 7-8 years ago. Would love to go back sometime as so much new has opened up. All the crazy insane rides at Universal and Busch Gardens. Not huge on Disney parks but I love Magic Kingdom for the nostalgia...

Visiting Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge for the first told today was amazing. Such an immersive and detailed land.
