Problems in the lumbar spine and injuries to the #hamstring muscles. A mini -🧶 In the last few weeks I have seen several professional #football players with recurrent hamstring injuries in the last few years.

Thank you @footballmed for inviting me to speak at #Isok24 about low back injury in football. While incidence may be lower than lower limb injuries, the burden on both clubs and players is immense. Vital to address for the health and performance of athletes. #injuryprevention

I’ve been shocked & appalled at the lack of support for myself & other women. It’s non existent! So many women are seriously suffering post birth & many can’t afford private care. I calling on the Welsh Government to look into this urgently. No woman should suffer like this.

🧵 CALL TO ACTION on #MothersDay This isn’t a dice for a board game! It’s a pessary that I have to shove up me every time I want to exercise due to injuries I got during birth. I have bits hanging out of my vagina which is physically & mentally horrendous to experience.
