Hey @JohnLewisRetail 4 days after reporting fraudulent activity on my account to your 3rd party non-UK call centre, still nothing - despite a promise of a call from the fraud team within 24hrs. (And 2 mins of recorded message every call?). #NeverKnowinglyUnderserved

@GavinBarwell I know, Gavin. Rory Stewart and Iain Dale receive the same nonsense. Just remember that you're better than the haters. BTW, if you haven't already watched it...I recommend Amol Rajan's interview with John Major on iPlayer. I was deeply moved by it and I'm not a Tory voter :-)
