Hey @AmericanAir had WORST experience on a flight ILM -AUS through @CLTAirport 1st class tickets booked & got bumped for people as an upgrade! SUPER RUDE CLT D2 gate attendants Dana and Iveth (Iveth the meanest)! ended up flying coach and not seated together! Not flying AA again!

Don’t stay at the @PendryHotels in Washington DC because the rooms are super small and they didn’t help me find a bigger room but the Moonraker Rooftop is fab with awesome views and a GREAT BAR STAFF!! They Rock and the views are amazing!!

hard to believe on a Tuesday night in July? It’s also over $600 for this terrible small room and I’ll be back here in September with three people from my staff and I was hoping to stay here but we will not come back and stay here at the @PendryHotels

Just want to say how disappointed I am in my room at the @PendryHotels down on the wharf in Washington DC, I checked into my room and it was super small and I didn’t like it and I asked if I could get another room and they said they didn’t have another single room available

@Delta WHY IN THE WORLD DO I REACH GOLD MEDALLION STATUS ON @Delta AND MY HUSBAND IS SILVER MEDALLION TO HAVE OUR CONNECTING FLIGHT IN ATLANTA NOT WAIT FOR US FOR 10 MINS??? I have been on plenty of @delta flights when we wait for 20-30mins for people to get on from connecting flights!
