reading phm the martian and artemis back to back really drives home how aroace ryland is it’s so funny

@Rappenem I think a lot about the person who drew such a perfectly stylised bear and how incredible it would be for something you drew to journey around 35,000 years across time, to be appreciated by other humans such an impossible sounding amount of time in the future

I didn't see anyone talking about this, but I'm pretty sure that the hunting dog from this scene in Alastor's backstory is supposed to be the Catahoula Leopard Dog (which is Louisiana's state dog) and was known to hunt boars in the bayous! [fig2 from PetMD] #HazbinHotel #Alastor

@ohhevans One thing I rarely see people talk about in the comparison is how fanfic and novels usually have a totally different structure and approach. There’s a reason why you usually stick to reading fanfiction about pre existing works you already know and love (not the same for books)

ok new discourse: it is glaringly and painfully obvious when people do not read books and instead read exclusively fanfiction

Abel was one of the first new characters I designed when we started on this season of Hazbin, so he's a bit of a special one. Giant adult angelic son. Head full of candyfloss. He tries his best doesn't he #HazbinHotel

@Alejo23311431 I can’t speak on Adam (I didn’t design his character) but Abel is fat, yes. The shape of his body isn’t hidden. It is what you see. Hope that’s clear!

@lichenmire I have a question. I've seen fans debating whether Abel and Adam are chubby under their clothes. Are they? I'd like to put an end to all this speculation.
