What I mean by lobsters: Peterson talks about serotonin. In lobsters, after they lose a fight, their serotonin levels drop. Their posture changes, they literally shrink back. And it’s wild because humans work the same way. After failures or during stress, our serotonin drops too. Confidence, body language, even how we see the world shifts.
