@LidsAssist Hello! I bought two shirts for my son but they are too small. I'd like to exchange for an XL. My son doesn't live near me and won't be here to try them on until late July. If i order the exchange how long do I have to return it if that also doesn't fit?

@LidsAssist Your Altamonte Mall (FL) store took my money for 4 embroidered hats, told me a few days, called me to PU hats. Now I find out the machine is broken and I’m supposed to run the hats to another store myself?? This is not what I paid for. Please refund me.

@LidsAssist So the hat that I ordered, I sent back because it didn’t fit me. I wanted to order the Los Angeles, Angeles Dodgers, blue and gold I thought I had that hat so please. Send me the blue and gold hat or we’re gonna be having major issues lids and you don’t want that.

@LidsAssist I had a really uncomfortable experience at one of your locations. An employee was openly speaking negatively about customers and making inappropriate remarks when people chose not to buy anything. It felt very unprofessional and made me leave sooner than planned.
