@BankBetterGuy @BankofAmerica This was after the fact. We had to send a crucial wire out yesterday only to find out that it was never approved, resulting in the wire being automatically cancelled. We found out today and after 40 minutes and speaking with 3 people our Exec Director finally resolved it...🤷🏻‍♂️

@LifeDezigned @BankofAmerica was it mainly during the acct opening process or after the fact? I used to be a sales mgr for them, and oh boy, they could care less about nonprofits when I was there. No interest in helping them out. Plus a lot of bankers didn't understand what docs were needed to open accts.
