Got my results today and things are much better than I expected. Still in UD status this year and no STIs. Was shocked in happiness when I saw my CD4 count at 900 (exact count) from a down trend of 500-400 in the past 3 years. Lifestyle changes and prayers answered! 🙏🥹😊

Today marks my 16th year living with HIV. This day symbolizes the milestones of staying alive, & winning against the killer virus; keeping it at bay through medications & having a positive mental state. The battle ain’t over, still has a lot to go through like aging with HIV.

I’ve been in relationships with several partners that are HIV+/ undetectable. It’s so heart breaking to me when they’d tense up and were afraid to tell me. I take my meds to prevent it, they take their meds to control it, we get tested quarterly. That’s all it takes ❤️
