@Qantas @QantasUSA You guys sent it to FedEx and they never delivered the bag to me yet. They said it’s being sent back to the airport. This has been 6 days and no returned adaptive surfboard for a paralyzed athlete. This is your fault @Qantas Please make this right ASAP

Be careful when traveling/flying with @Qantas @QantasUSA they still have not found my adaptive surfboard after 5 days. I had a flight from Brisbane to Los Angeles on April 1, 2026. This is unacceptable especially after paying so much money flying business class.
