And of course, everyone knows about 2011. That's 3 instances where Lebron's teams were favored to win the Ring, but either lost or got bounced early. In fact, LeBron has lost 4x as a favorite in his playoff career. So no - being "favored" is meaningless. It's entirely possible that LeBron's teams STILL lose.
