I can't wait to share the magic of plant medicine and the assisting that these tools really create for humanity.

My biggest flex is that I've been meditating for 10 years now.

Each one of us was built with an inner voice that points us in the best direction. All we have to do is practice being mindfully still.

For once, I can truly say that this path chose me. 2024 has been a full year of following my own intuition and making choices that feel good to me.

I retired my career in January and opted to go back to school to create something I started 20 years ago. Today, I completed my first year back with way more than a college education. It's never too late to make changes and shift into new paths #firstcollegegraduateinmyfamily
