The reason your project is fundraising at a lower valuation than last year isn't because the market is down. It's because investors looked at your adoption metrics and saw zero. They don't care about your vision. They care about velocity. You've been building for 18 months. Where are the developers? Where's the usage? If the answer is "we're focused on protocol," investors run. Because protocol without adoption is infrastructure nobody needs. The projects getting funded in 2026 aren't the ones with the coolest tech. They're the ones with the clearest path to developer adoption and revenue. If you haven't solved adoption, you haven't solved anything. Stop building in stealth. Start shipping in public. Start showing real metrics. Investors will follow real adoption, not promises. Do you have adoption metrics that would make an investor say "I get why developers want this"?

So I've been trying to figure out how to manage all the workflows I have going on. Then it hit me. Instead of doing everything myself... Why not build AI agents to handle specific parts of the work while I act as the content manager? I just tested my first workflow today. And... Wandaful. 😂 Now I'm off to build the rest.

You'll think you're great at communicating until you start working remotely with people from different backgrounds, countries and you realize you can't confidently explain the projects you've worked on. 😭 "I ain't gonna" Will cost you your job. Learn how to communicate clearly and make sure people understand what you're trying to say.

Stop scrolling for just a few seconds. It's Q3 now. And I know this year probably hasn't gone the way you imagined. Maybe it's been money issues. School. Work. Family drama. Relationship drama. Maybe you've been carrying so much that you've forgotten to stop and acknowledge yourself. But you're still here. The days you thought you'd give up or the days you actually gave up... A few months ago I made a big mistake when I launched my first digital product. I launched it before I started marketing it. I was watching a video recently and it hit me that was exactly why I didn't make as many sales as I expected. I launched to a cold audience. People who had no idea the product was coming, no idea what it was about and no reason to buy it immediately. Here is what I should have done: Market the product before launching it. When you talk about your product before it is out you are filtering your audience. The people who need it will pay attention. The people who don't will scroll past. By the time you launch you are not announcing to strangers you are launching to people who have been waiting for it. The difference between launching to a cold audience and a warm audience is the difference between crickets and sales. If you are building a digital product right now, talk about it before it is ready. Document the process. Tease it. Let people ask questions about it. Build the anticipation.
