I saw a post on Instagram and the ableism surrounding autism is appalling. Autistic adults exist, and yes, it's perfectly normal for them to have a stuffed animal. It's their comfort object, and no, not everyone has a Stuffed animal. Others may have a blanket, or a sensory toy.

This is me when I can't deal with who I am. But then I remember that I've dealt with this my whole life. But only last year did I get a diagnosis and finally was I able to choose tools and accept myself. And a year is a very short time, I'm fine and I'll be fine.
