@iterogg @drewlevin will Riot ever fix Taric's passive coding so that it works with "on-hit" effects as this clip and Taric's passive incorrectly suggests?

@iterogg As the challenger Taric jungle player who has done permastun builds, Dusk and Dawn is a nice item BUT it doesn't double Taric's passive. Taric's passive is a spell on hit, not "on-hit", if it was, I would be building this every game. Also lethal + all those items costs too much.

Taric can perma-stun you to death with this build 💀
