Sucks Riot did the tickets like this. Horrible system and definitely did not stop scalpers from getting general tickets. Maybe require ALL tickets to get ingame verified and limit 2?

@lightrocket2 @riotgames From what I heard, only people who got queue numbers around like 200 and below got tickets. Unless Riot is filling this arena with employees and influencers, the math isn’t mathing

Tried buying World Finals tickets. Fan First Pass, it didn't send an email. Joined queue as soon as Ticketmaster let me, suddenly 25000 "people" ahead of me. Within 20 minutes, all seats were sold out. I just can't be convinced @riotgames cares about their fans.

@bonevoid People with backend access are confirming there were less than 1000 tickets available for sale, it said like 2% of the total seats in the stadium were being sold

@bonevoid @riotgames I've checked spam and everything, there is no email of any kind. I genuinely think accounts should be weighted based on actual playtime to get more committed fans

@lightrocket2 @riotgames they released a statement later saying it was a full lottery system and so most ppl didn't get emails, but they shoulda sent smth at least saying if you didn't get selected which I think was the biggest point of confusion

I tried to use @riotgames "Fan First Verification" system to buy tickets for Worlds in Nov, and I was never sent any kind of follow-up email (this morning 7/22 was the deadline), regardless of my account level being 1455 from years and years of play. +1 to Scalpers 🙄
