Billions wasn't a red flag from the beginning cos i almost coped but sorry how it turned out, next time whenz calling out a project she should try to do away with emotions as it made her approach the topic from a wrong stand point, being Nigerian had nothing to do with what happened as it's something normal and we've seen multiple times with lots of projects because lots of crypto investors and whales are from asia and them incentivizing people from that region to talk about them and put them in the faces of those people isn't wrong either The blame has to do with the reward structure of billions which started from the 0.03%(I think) as reward for yappers which I don't know if they had a separate reward system for contributors like yourself but calling them out this way and including "no African on their team" is wrong. You can't expect every startup to have an African on their team as that would still be unfair to other regions, although I know that we've always had to fight for what we get especially in the job space cos "omooo" but as @lightx0x said to me one time that nobody owes you anything especially in a crypto project where you work At the end of the day everyone will be fine, just put your head down and lockin like you've always done hopefully you guys are rewarded enough for your efforts
