Charges have been dropped against a woman involved in a fatal accident that killed a 6-year-old boy last week. Kenyunte Goss had been charged with driving on a suspended license and not having insurance following the wreck at Signal Street and Whitney Avenue on March 12.Six year old Kenai Thomas was killed after he ran into the road to retrieve his ball. Investigators said Keyunte remained at the scene. Charges were dropped Monday after a hearing beforeJudge Karen Massey.
