We're investigating an issue causing the v30.30 patch size to be much larger than intended for Xbox players. We understand this patch size is inconvenient and recommend players begin the installation process ahead of play time.

@FortniteStatus Give Xbox players compensation for the bug. Xbox can't cancel updates without having to uninstall the game entirely, forcing us to commit to the 56 GB and using up internet data. 1500 vbucks is a fair compensation.

@NotHybridd @FortniteStatus 2 weeks recently and brought it back and nothing has changed. it gonna kill their game especially since they added a new west server aswell that also is mininum 50-60 ping no matter where you live. i dont care abt it being fixed as long as they address the issue and say anything

We’re investigating an issue within the Cinematic Sequence Device that isn’t allowing objects to remain in their last animated state when set to Force Keep State on creator-made experiences. We’ll post an update once we know more.
