Nancy Guthrie - @PimaSheriff @CFAtucson @KVOA @kgun9 @KOLDNews Since when is defacing an easement perfectly acceptable? The second streamers leave, countless rocks suddenly appear blocking access along the easement across from Nancy’s house. Then chopped-up cactus and agave, protected desert vegetation, gets dumped all over it. That’s not “landscaping.” That’s intentional obstruction, dumping, and destruction. But instead of focusing on whoever actually altered public space, two deputies get sent to investigate a made-up story about me “throwing a cactus at a car.” Meanwhile there are cameras all over the area, including on Suellen’s property and at Nancy’s house. Whoever did this should be on video. The agave pieces dumped there appear to match the plants removed from the island up the hill near the wheelbarrow and chair. Somebody cut them, hauled them, and spread them intentionally. So again, why am I the emergency while destruction of protected cactus and obstruction of a public easement gets ignored?
