I just gave a talk at the annual vascular surgery meeting about why cardiometabolic medicine is the next frontier in vascular surgery.

Changed my mind on Nattokinase The meta I posted reported raised glucose. Went thru the trials 1 by 1 & meta is wrong Also I found another preliminary trial with encouraging plaque results. So my view changes from "best data argues against" to "encouraging, awaiting outcomes"
