your world view is built from your mother language for example, in european languages, we depict the future ahead of us and the past behind us however, in some languages native to the americas, they view the past in front of them and the future behind, because you have already lived the past therefore you can see it, meanwhile the future is unknown to you so you are blind to it, hence why it's behind you

Btw back in my day we called Western mlm fan works “slash”. And if you were into slash they never called you a fujoshi.
The term “slash” came from the way ship names were written like “Character A/Character B”. I haven’t heard the word “slash” used that way for a while.
