It’s making me want to rip my hair out. The women who have fear mongered about paps need to pay. I really empathize with some of the reasons people avoid them but saying “I’d rather risk cancer” is so fucking backwards & offensive. We are so lucky we have this science.

🤡A lot of people now praising how “nice” it is seeing BTS healthy and enjoy the cities, go out, and not spend nights recovering or taking IVs in hotel beds after shows were attacking Bang PD/BH a month ago, saying he “took away choreography” and “forced BTS” to dance less and complaining about the tour and stage.💁🏽‍♀️😃🤡

this i find it so fascinating because 1) whilst of course he has good memories of his mother, he was young when she died and she had clearly been depressed for a long time at that point. how much of those memories is what he *wants* to remember? 2) she was still russian and a product of her environment. would she have loved his gay partner? he’ll never know but it’s interesting to think about

the reason i believe Radical Optimism underperformed is because Dua spent less time promoting the album and more on touring and vacations unlike during future nostalgia era when there were travel restrictions so she was forced to work and promote her album against her will
