@AndyDavies @googleanalytics I’m seeing better results as well when I go for entire page types! For instance, product page. Yes yes yes, please send me feedback! I would love that!

@AndyDavies @googleanalytics Ah, yeah that is a problem. But great that you found a way to work around it! I’ll take that with me as a tip if I run in to the same problem!

@axbom Ha! I hadn’t seen your tweets about this but I actually cancelled my subscription today because I only found content that I had to pay additionally for. Some user research and design sprints needed... :)

Anyway, in case anyone missed it, Apple's iPadOS has added a menu item to the TV+ app: "Originals". It's all I wanted. It does exactly what I expect. Tell me again (as was done in the replies) how Apple has no interest in adding that button... 😅

How bizarre is it that the Apple TV+ app still is a confusing mess? Just finding the included content is crazy complex (see image). And there is no search for Apple-only content… none. The design kingpins of the modern age are laughing all the way to the bank.

@conversiondale So happy you found it useful! And yes, without a clear metric or way to benchmark - it’s pretty much like moving in the dark.

@LinaCHansson Great article @LinaCHansson - i completely agree that it’s always best to have a benchmark that you’re trying to improve.

@LinaCHansson So if you can give me more details on how you managed to isolate load time and UX from other factors would be of great help.
