The team just signed two WordPress agencies this week: one with 40 sites, the other with 800. The pattern? Both reached the same conclusion, managing AWS/DO clusters is a massive time-sink. Small agencies need to find clients and grow. Large agencies need to deliver projects. Neither should be doing 24/7 DevOps. By offloading the hosting part of their business, they’re saving money and getting their time back.

@tomzur Big time! It's not worth managing your own server infrastructure unless you have a senior server admin on your team. If you're a web development firm, you should focus on bringing in leads and launching websites.

@AdmireTheWeb With good logistics in place it's not that bad, the migration team is very efficient and has scripts and automation in place, they often migrate hundreds of sites in bulk
