Emory & Henry freshman Karsen Simpson (West Rowan) hit a home run in both games of today's SAC doubleheader with Catawba. It was pretty wild. The Wasps won 14-13 and 15-14. Kary Hales (Carson) hit a homer for Catawba.

West Rowan graduate Whitley Arnott got her first win of the season for East Tennessee State on Sunday. Arnott relieved and got out of a bases loaded jam in the 7th and struck out the side in the 8th.
